he remooves some timezones and moove time 1 hour later in Russia.. last year 1CET=23MSK, now 1CET=24MSK... great politics

i think new timezones first problem why many russians (others teams) leave ATC.. some of us will came but it will be 0~3 ppl. I'm got to leave games after 1 hour from start..
