Hi all

Unfotunately a regrettable incident occurred during the battle of Vybor yesterday night on BLUFOR side.

A player called CannonFodder (id = 5090822) was found sabotaging the BLUFOR base, doing team kills and blowing up vehicles

After searching the server console log files the same player ID was found in use by player TAW_Nimitz (id = 5090822)

(The TAW team withdrew from ATC Campaign on Feb 4th)

Therefore player ID 5090822 is banned from ATC competitions because he violated article #3 of the Campaign Rules about deceitful intrusion of players: "Joining game with other identities and nicknames other than the one declared is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate permanent ban.", also, sabotaging, shooting in base and teamkill is strictly forbidden

The ATC Staff recommend to take adequate measures about protecting game from deceitful intruders, therefore players should join the server with their Unit tag and if possible a valid .xml, and server password should be kept strictly confidential

This Nimitz peson had access, logically, to our TS and was able to hop into one of the channels asking "Hey can someone tell me the password" . Of course someone automatically answered his question and so thats probably he got the game server password.

Therefor, in addition what Nemesi said, I would like to ask everyone to doublecheck the person's name in TS when someone is asking you a password. This to prevent sabotages again.

ACT members, Nemesi and Dutch I am sorry to hear this.
I will look into this and take the necessary actions.

TAW doesn't allow this kind of behavior.

I have adressed the subject to Joachim (current TAW Arma division leader) in voice today.
Nemesi will provide proof documents to those involved.

UNA do also not tolerate this kind of behaviour and the ID has been banned from our servers aswell.

In reply to what happened Tuesday at the ATC match........

After a talk with Nimitz, we came to the conclusion that Nimitz himself was out of his home with his wife.
His brother was home babysitting his little boy. Nimitz is very sorry that his brother did what he did.

He took action that his brother isn't able to play or even be on this computer.

This doesn't change anything to the damage that has been done - but I hope you do understand that a TAW member wasn't involve directly in the matter. I hope you will except his apologias or at least mine for TAW.

I understand and acknowledge it was an individual action involving a person using a TAW member account not involving TAW as organization.
