I forgot to mention this early on but i feel there should be more pilot slots. My reasoning is that there is only enough pilot slots to fly each helicopter, meaning that there isn't anymore pilots to be gunners. The only aircraft that are capable of defending themselves appropiately at the moment are those with missiles and rockets, for example the hind, cobra and Ka-50. If there was an increase in pilot slots, then people would be able to fill in the gunner seat's on aircraft that need it, for instance the Mi-17 or the UH-60. If you want to keep the number of slots, then fine by me but maybe you should introduce a new class called 'gunner' which allows the person to gun or allow normal players to gun temperory. But personally i would rather see an increase of pilot slots than the other two options.
